Annual Review

Do you know how well each of your plans is performing and how well prepared each employee will be for retirement? As part of your annual review process, our Sponsor Report ascertains each plan’s performance including essential plan level measurements: participation, deferral rates and asset allocation as well as calculated participant level data: income replacement ratio, expected return vs. risk, expected return /risk vs, managed accounts/risk, expected return/risk vs. actual return/risk, as well as the solutions participants need to implement to close funding gaps.

Our interpretation of basic record keeping data and Modern Portfolio Theory calculations illustrates your success each quarter. Our analysis of individual participant investment returns and risk goes beyond the typical fund level analysis of most consultants, providers and fund companies. You will be able to determine whether or not each plan’s design and services are working and provide measurements of your “Statistics of Success.”
Annual Review (continued)

Automatic enrollment and increase is a costly proposition for sponsors considering increased matching contributions, administrative fees, and employee communications. Because of this they may opt to pass on this feature. The Retirement Analyst can both increase participation, contributions, and improve asset allocation all while helping you do a better job of enabling them to meet their fiduciary obligations. We say better because we will enable participants to make the correct contribution to the correct investment and track their progress to their goal over time.

Now consultants can help their sponsors meet their fiduciary responsibilities to both provide adequate benefits as well as monitor vendors and providers.
