Voice Response Unit

Our proprietary voice response unit makes enrolling in one of our suggested strategies as easy as picking up a phone. This system interfaces with our database, so when a participant calls in and identifies himself, the system knows Options 1 and 2 given in his report and asks in which one he want to enroll. It is a simple matter of choosing the option and the type of contribution increase – one or multiple steps. Once the enrollment is complete, the data is sent to the appropriate record keeper for processing. This interface is important because some record keepers do not keep annual increases so we can act as the depository of that data and make sure the appropriate increases are made each year.
